Terms and Conditions
For the purposes of Locally Lambton, local shall be defined as within Lambton County. The customer will be referred to as the Participant, and the Lambton Federation of Agriculture as the LFA
Food Products: All food products must be grown or raised locally. In the event of a market, no more than 15% of food can be imported from outside of Southwestern Ontario to be considered eligible for the market. All Food Products must be handled and processed according to local, provincial and federal guidelines, by-laws, and laws.

Artisan Products: All Artisan Products must be crafted locally.
All information submitted to Locally Lambton must be the Participant's and not subject to copyright, unless owned by the Participant. It is up to the Participant to have the appropriate approval for photos submitted (e.g. release of privacy if necessary). The Participant agrees that all information provided will be posted as submitted to the website. The Participant is solely responsible for updating, maintaining and proof reading their submission.
Participants cannot post or write negative, derogatory, offensive or disrespectful comments towards another vendor, farming practice, food lifestyle choice, or farming organization.

The LFA will review and approve or disapprove a submission – in whole or in part- within five business days of posting based on the guidelines set for the LocallyLambton.com.
Once a submission is approved, payment must be received by the LFA prior to the business being posted on the website.

The Lambton Federation of Agriculture has full authority to delete or remove offensive submissions including, but not limited to: inappropriate language, inappropriate pictures, submission does not meet the criteria set out by Lambton County Federation of Agriculture. This will be considered a forfeiture of payment and the Participants access will be deleted.
In the event of a dispute, the Lambton Federation of Agriculture board has the final decision. A letter of Dispute should be sent to the secretary and president outlining the issue and it will be reviewed and decided on at the next scheduled board meeting. At that point a Director will contact the participant with the results of the meeting.
